A floor turtle can be simulated on a computer by using a screen turtle. The movement of a screen turtle is usually controlled by a programming language called LOGO.

Use the Same Commands as the Floor Turtle

The turtle must be given a sequence of instructions or commands to follow. This sequence of instructions is known as a program. If there any spelling mistakes it may not work like you expect.

You can enter some commands quicker by entering their abbreviations. Here are some examples:
