Selecting, Copying and Re-Sizing Areas

You can select areas of a picture.
Re-Sizing Areas
You drag the handles to make selected parts of a picture bigger, smaller, thinner or fatter. If you enlarge a picture too much it will look very blocky or pixelated.
Copying Areas
You can use copy and paste to repeat selected parts of a picture. This is useful for making patterns.
